From December 7-9, 2024, Las Vegas will host the The Amundi Evian Showcase, a premier event for French golfers under the age of 18. Organized in partnership between the AJGA (American Junior Golf Association) and The Amundi Evian Championship, this tournament highlights the rising stars of French golf as they seek international recognition and opportunities at prestigious American universities.

The Boys will compete at Painted Desert Golf Club, a challenging and visually stunning course. Known for its narrow fairways and fast greens, this 18-hole layout demands precision and skill, making every shot a true test of the players’ abilities. The design places a premium on accuracy, with each hole requiring careful strategy and execution.

The Girls will take to the Las Vegas Golf Club, a traditional yet technically demanding 18-hole course, offering wide fairways and well-protected greens. This layout presents an ideal opportunity for the players to showcase their talents while navigating both strategic challenges and varied conditions.

The young competitors will be guided by Priscile Despres and Alexandre Bosseray, coaches from the French Golf Federation, who will provide personalized coaching to refine their skills and maximize their chances of success.

The Amundi Evian Showcase aligns with the Redistribution strategy inherent in the DNA of the Major, an initiative designed to elevate the next generation of golf stars and give them an international platform. In addition to the competition, participants will have the chance to engage with American university recruiters, including visits to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), providing them with a glimpse into the numerous opportunities awaiting them in the world of American collegiate golf.
