A Stellar Finish to the Latest Edition of The Amundi Evian Showcase in Las Vegas, Nevada

After two rounds of competition, the French players supported by the Major tournament organization, The Amundi Evian Championship, showcased their skills in front of dozens of coaches and recruiters from top U.S. universities attending the annual AJGA Congress in Las Vegas.

Girls’ Results:

Giselle Zhao delivered the best French performance, tying for 6th place with a total score of +2 (146) after consistent rounds of 69 and 77, demonstrating remarkable steadiness throughout the tournament. Mila Tamisier also performed strongly, finishing tied for 12th place with a score of +3 (147), thanks to rounds of 71 and 76.

Diane Becassis and Sarah Cuney tied for 25th place with scores of +7 (151). Diane posted rounds of 72 and 79, while Sarah recorded 71 and 80. Despite showing solid game qualities, fluctuations in performance impacted their standings.

Sarah Binaghi concluded her tournament tied for 41st place with a score of +11 (155) after rounds of 76 and 79. Clemence Da Costa finished in 50th place with a score of +15 (159) following rounds of 77 and 82. This tournament provided a valuable learning experience for these young golfers.

Boys’ Results:

Edouard Philippe delivered an excellent performance, tying for 3rd place with a score of +2 (146) after a solid opening round of 71 and a more challenging second round of 75. Alexis Barnetche also impressed, tying for 6th place with a score of +3 (147), highlighted by an outstanding 70 in the first round and a 77 in the second.

Rafael Bobo-Lloret secured a tie for 9th place with a score of +4 (148) after rounds of 72 and 76. Matthieu Riffet tied for 12th place with a score of +5 (149) following rounds of 71 and 78, joined by Nicolas Vincent, who also scored +5 (149) with rounds of 72 and 77.

Théophile Lebrun finished tied for 20th place with a score of +7 (151), recording rounds of 72 and 79. Leo-Paul Finos tied for 33rd place with a score of +10 (154) after rounds of 75 and 79. Théophile Archer tied for 43rd place with a score of +13 (157), following rounds of 74 and 83, while Enzo Fernandez-Mangas tied for 57th place with a score of +19 (163) after rounds of 81 and 82.

This edition of The Amundi Evian Showcase in Las Vegas once again highlighted the excellence and talent of young French golfers on the international stage.
