FRANCE SHINES AT THE AMUNDI EVIAN JUNIORS CUP 2026
The 2026 edition of The Amundi Evian Juniors Cup once again confirmed its status as one of the leading events in international junior golf, bringing together some of the world's most promising young talents at Evian Resort Golf Club.
Powered by outstanding team depth and a series of impressive individual performances, the French delegation left its mark on the week by capturing the Nations Cup title and claiming victory in the Boys competition.
France captures Nations Cup honours
Thanks to three highly controlled rounds, France secured the Nations Cup with a cumulative score of 15-under-par, laying the foundations for victory from the very opening day.
The host nation made an immediate statement with an excellent team total of 9-under-par in Round 1 to take the early lead. After a second-round score of 1-over-par, the French team finished in style with another outstanding collective performance of 7-under-par in the final round, the best score among the leading nations.
China finished runner-up at 1-under-par. Following a more challenging opening round of 4-over-par, the Chinese team steadily climbed the leaderboard with a second-round score of 1-over-par before producing a superb closing total of 6-under-par.
The Republic of Korea completed the podium at even par. Consistent throughout the tournament with scores of 1-over-par and 4-over-par over the first two rounds, the Korean team closed the week with a solid 5-under-par, although it was not enough to challenge the leaders.

Alan Rode prevails in the Boys
The Boys competition was dominated by France's Alan Rode, who produced one of the standout performances of the week. An impressive opening-round 64, followed by an excellent closing 66, saw the French player claim the title with a total of 203 (-10), five strokes clear of the field.
Finland's Lionel Mutikainen finished second at 208 (-5), while fellow French player Sunil Ramsamy secured third place at 209 (-4), completing a strong showing for the home nation.

Samira Petek claims Girls title
In the Girls competition, Austria's Samira Petek demonstrated remarkable composure to secure victory with a total of 211 (-2). Back-to-back rounds of 68 and 70 provided the platform before she successfully maintained her advantage on the final day.
China's Lin Yuqian produced a spectacular charge up the leaderboard thanks to a brilliant closing 66, the lowest final-round score among the leading contenders, to finish runner-up at 213 (E). Korea's Jang Haeun completed the podium at 214 (+1).
