Tournament Access – General Public

  • Saturday 11 and Sunday 12: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

How to get there :

By Train: The Evian-les-Bains SNCF train station is ideally located in the town centre. Shuttle buses connect the station directly to the golf course. With the Léman Express L1 line, travel directly to Evian from Switzerland or the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Timetables and information: lemanexpress.com & ter.sncf.com

By Boat:

  • Transfer from Lausanne to Evian (regular 35-minute shuttles). Crossing information: www.cgn.ch
  • Departures from Lausanne-Ouchy: 7:10 / 7:37 / 9:20 / 11:20 / 12:50 / 15:20 – Arrivals in Evian: 7:45 / 8:12 / 9:55 / 11:55 / 13:25 / 15:25.
  • Departures from Evian: 12:05 / 13:35 / 16:05 / 17:35.
  • Arrivals in Lausanne-Ouchy: 12:40 / 14:10 / 16:40 / 18:10.

By Bike: A free bicycle parking area is available during the tournament at the main public entrance, at the bottom of the Evian golf course (40 spaces available). Please bring your own lock to secure your bike.

  • Shuttle frequency: every 30 minutes.

Shuttle – Ferry Terminal / Tourist Office / SNCF Station / Golf:

  • Thursday and Friday: 6:45 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Shuttle frequency: every 30 minutes.

Accessibility (Reduced Mobility): Golf buggies are available for visitors with reduced mobility from the main public entrance, at the welcome arch. This service is reserved for valid ticket holders.

Tournament Access – The 16th Package - NEW

This year, it is mandatory to go through the accreditation centre to collect your wristband and VIP parking pass. Once parked in the VIP car park, dedicated shuttles will be available to take you to the golf course.

Your wristband is required before accessing the car park and must be presented to our reception staff.

Experiencing the Tournament

Public Village:

  • Thursday 9 and Friday 10: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    Saturday 11 and Sunday 12: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Food & Drink:

The Amundi Evian Championship will offer visitors various dining options throughout the Major week. Main locations include:

  • Food Court: A dining area bringing together several fast-food outlets at the heart of the General Public Village.
  • Food Trucks: 4 located at the Food Court in the General Public Village and 1 near the 9th hole tee from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Public Village Bar: Open from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM on Thursday and Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Le 5: A pleasant spot for a sweet or savoury snack break, near Hole 5, also close to the Proshop and not far from the 18th green.
  • Le 15: In the shade of the trees, between Holes 14 and 15, enjoy a refreshing break at this ideally situated snack spot.
  • Le Turn: Located at the 11th tee, this dining area lets you take a snack break and refresh yourself throughout your round.

The spectator's charter

  • Follow the instructions of the marshals. Stay behind the ropes and cross the fairways only when authorized.
  • Move calmly, without running. Respect other spectators.
  • Use the trash cans on the course.
  • Turn off your cell phones.
  • Do not take pictures or movies during the game.

Safety instructions

  • In case of bad weather: if you hear a shrill foghorn, take shelter.
  • In case of thunderstorms: leave the course avoiding the proximity of water, carts, isolated trees, promontories, metal barriers, open spaces...
  • In case of rain : the course can become slippery, stay alert.
